Lawrence Weinberg

Lawrence Weinberg is a founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Fairview Commercial Lending and he has held these positions since inception in 2004. Prior to founding Fairview, Mr. Weinberg practiced as a certified public accountant with a national accounting firm. From 1976 to current, Mr. Weinberg was the founder, President of Weinberg & Associates, a commercial real estate financing company. Weinberg & Associates has successfully completed more than $3 billion in commercial real estate financings which includes placement through the Small Business Administration, insurance companies, banks, investment banks and private lenders. Outside of his professional activities, Mr. Weinberg currently has personal holdings in various retail, multi-unit residential, self storage, office and single tenant properties. Mr. Weinberg received a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Georgia State University in 1966
